Quotes we give by phone or message are fixed for 30 days and cover exactly what we describe — labour plus the parts listed. If we find extra work on site, we stop, explain, and only continue with your go-ahead at a newly agreed price.
Emergency openings require proof you belong there: ID matching the address, a neighbour who knows you, or the property manager on the phone. If we cannot verify, we cannot open — no exceptions.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what a visit needs: your name, contact details, address and job notes. That stays with Lockhaven and the technician on your job — we never sell it, and we never buy lists either.
Form submissions on this site go to our own job system so we can reply. Ask anytime at info@lockhavensecurity.com and we will show, correct or delete what we hold about you.
